Lol, I noticed it happened right after I replied to someone telling him support is no longer on this forum, but who's to say it was actually legitimate person from Autel Support? What's to keep some random person lurking on the forum to join and just create the Screen name "Support x", and just impersonate Autel Support , give people Bum Steers and wrong advice, and embarrass the entire company ? So it's hard to tell with the 3 replies seen one day. :-)
